The CATAPULT warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship for products used as designed. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, customer negligence, or normal wear and tear. If CATAPULT deems a product defective, the product will be repaired or replaced at CATAPULT’s discretion. The extent of CATAPULT’s liability is limited to the hardware itself, or the hardware and graphics if both are provided by CATAPULT. CATAPULT’s liability does not extend to any loss, or injury to business resulting from an inability to use the products provided by CATATPULT.
Lifetime Warranty on Display Hardware: CATAPULT guarantees the quality and function of its display hardware against defects in material and/or workmanship when used as designed. CATAPULT will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser. This warranty includes return service back to the customer's specified address via ground shipping.
30 Day Warranty on Carrying Cases: CATAPULT offers a 30-day warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship on all carrying cases when used as designed and will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser. This warranty includes return service back to the customer's specified address via ground shipping.
1 Year Warranty on Printed fabrics: CATAPULT offers a 1-year warranty on all printed fabric graphics against defects in material and/or workmanship, when used as intended, with the exclusion of fence graphics. (Due to the semi-permanent installation of fence graphics, and the lack of ability to reasonably bring them indoors during adverse weather, they are not covered by our warranty.) CATAPULT will repair or replace, at CATAPULT’s discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover fading of colors or graphics due to long-term use or when graphics are not used as intended.
Product Specific Notes:
Expandable Wall (Step and Repeat) Display: If CATAPULT is providing the graphic for the Expandable Wall (Step and Repeat) Display, or if you are using graphic media that does not exceed 280 g/m^2 (8.26 oz/y^2), the Center Support Pole is not needed. In all other cases, to avoid nullifying your hardware warranty on the Expandable Wall (Step and Repeat) Display, use of the optional Center Support Pole is strongly advised.
Flags and Tents: Please note that all outdoor flags and tent frames and canopies should be brought in each evening and during periods of extreme weather such as high winds, heavy rains, and other adverse weather events that could cause damage. Outdoor flags should be located where they can move freely without encountering objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings, etc.
